Team Lead/Manager – PLC ,HMI,SCADA Programmers

• Knowledge of IoT & Industry 4.0.

• Hands on experience on Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC system. Should know the
PLC architecture very well.
• Awareness of all the hardware related to PLCs and related hardware configuration
• Should be able to do programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as
o Ladder Logic
o Function Block Diagram (FBD) [Good to have]
o Structured Text (ST) [Good to have]
o Sequential Function Charts (SFC) [Optional]
• Knowledge of Data Logging
• Experience & understanding of P&ID
• Experience in safety controller programming
• Experience of automation system i.e. HMI & SCADA system designing, integration,
testing & commissioning
• Knowledge of installation & commissioning drive Systems
• Should have worked on at least 2 complete project lifecycles
• Experience working on migration projects
• Experience of working in Automobile Industries Standard e.g. BIW standard,
Material
Handling systems
• Knowledge of Interfacing with Robots & any third-party devices
• knowledge of Networks like Ring, Bus, Star etc.
• Working experience with good understanding of standard communication protocols
used in the industrial automation
