Skills Proven experience (at least [X] years) working as an
Audio-Video Equipment Engineer, AV Technician, or
similar role, specifically focusing on the setup,
configuration, and operation of audio and video systems.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of professional audio systems (e.g.,
microphones, mixers, amplifiers) and video equipment
(e.g., projectors, cameras, video switchers).
Familiarity with AV signal routing, cabling, and
integration of both audio and video systems.
Experience with video production equipment (e.g., LED
screens, video walls, projection systems).
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing AV
equipment on-site during events.
Understanding of AV control systems and automation
software (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron).
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with AV control
systems, audio software (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro), and
video software (e.g., OBS Studio, Final Cut Pro).
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high-quality,
error-free setups and a keen eye for visual and auditory
details to meet the required standards for events.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills, with
the ability to diagnose and resolve issues with both audio
and video equipment quickly and effectively.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with live streaming, video
conferencing systems, or broadcast technology.
Work Experience: Previous experience in live event
production, corporate presentations, theater productions,
concerts, or broadcasting.
