Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, including creating and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and other database components
Provide technical support for Payroll and HRMS applications
Assist with payroll-related system processes
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently
Maintain system documentation and provide user training when required
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Server
Familiarity with payroll systems and processes
Understanding of Kuwait labor law is a plus
Prior experience in application support
Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
Awareness of modern technologies and development environments
