L2 Engineer – IT Technical Support

Manage and maintain the company’s computer systems, networks, and data
• Install and configure hardware and software(laptops, Desktops, Mac Machines,
Routers,
Firewall etc)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to employees
• Ensure the security of the company’s network and data
• Coordinate with vendors and IT service providers for New Purchases and AMC
• Maintain and Manage IT Inventory of the Company
• Manage and resolve IT queries/ tickets on internal HRMS/ portal
• Coordinate with vendors and IT service providers for quotations/negotiations for
all IT
related matters like new Purchases/renewal of hardware/software, all kind of IT
repairs,
domain purchases and AMC
• Liaising with finance team for Purchases order’s request and answering queries
with respect
to cost negotiations
• Liaising with finance team for any purchase/renewal of IT software through credit
card
