Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and
accurate responses.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique
needs and how Qapita can fulfill them.
Advocate for clients’ needs and collaborate with our product development team to
enhance platform capabilities.
Monitor client health metrics and develop strategies to improve them.
Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to grow client
accounts.
Skills Excellent English communication Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field or Masters in
Business Administration
1+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
Basic technical knowledge of ESOP
Basic to advanced level of MS office knowledge
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
