Keeps record of inspections for future reference
Works with processes and plans to know how the needed quality could be
accomplished.
Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines
Providing training to the team for quality assurance
Prepare documentation of the QC process, which includes detailed reports
and performance records
Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure
quality control standards are met
Guide the team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of
the services

Skills

Excellent English communication skills
Certification on Quality Auditor (CQA/CQIA), LEAN, 6 Sigma, aspects of
VSM, pareto charts, root cause analysis, etc
Must have a high school diploma or any equivalent education
Having a bachelor’s degree can expand your job horizons and earning
potentiality as well
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
Profound knowledge of quality control standards
