Team Lead – Customer Success

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data processing, data management, or a related

field, with
at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data processing and project management
tools,
including Rocket Lane.
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new software
and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to manage
client
relationships effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a resolution-driven approach.
• Experience in data reconciliation and maintaining high standards of data integrity.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and operational
excellence.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and
deadlines.
