Work Experience : 8+ years
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Minimum 8 years as a HR operations consultant or as a HR generalist,
preferably in IT domain.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, Visa processing,
Background verification and industry best practices.
Induction , Training , Payroll, Performance appraisal, Exit formalities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to think strategically while executing tasks with attention to
detail.
