Help in anticipating people sentiments through social media posts and engaging with people directly
Help in forecasting resource demand or ramp down
Act on employee complaints
Conduct Employee Satisfaction surveys
Take care of HR end to end cycle barring on boarding, Off boarding, Attendance Management, Payroll and Regular Administrative activities
Graduate in Humanities related disciplines & MBA in HR (Generalist)
2+ years of experience in HR Business partner role Well verse in HR tools and methods
Well verse in basic IT skills
