Automation Testing Manager -AI Testing

Ability to independently design, build, and maintain automation

frameworks.
Expertise across all phases of automation, from setting up test
environments to writing, executing,
and troubleshooting scripts.
Knowledge of multiple test automation tools and frameworks, with
proficiency in both Selenium and
Web driver IO, ideally covering both Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Leadership and Communication:
Proven experience leading or mentoring teams in automation, with the
ability to manage complex
projects from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical details and
project updates to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying automation opportunities and
implementing solutions that align
with business objectives.

AI Experience in Automation Testing (Preferred):
Prior experience in incorporating AI-driven approaches in test
automation, such as using AI for test
case generation, predictive analysis, or intelligent testing strategies.
Familiarity with AI testing tools or machine learning applications within
the testing lifecycle is a plus.
