1. Monitoring the business blocking points & Solving service requests with right solutions
2. Every day, being on floor to address the user queries

Expectations on the mission :
This person must be fluent in written and spoken English. a good relationship in everyday life (contact
user and regular exchange with other teams on the same site.
• Within the team IT USER SERVICES, you will be part of the Level 2 support team of SAP EWM
• Level 2 problem analysis & resolution on the domain.
• Technical / functional relays with helpdesks., New employees of the team AND regular exchanges with international IT employees.
• You will be a privileged contact for users.
Skills Required :
SAP EWM: Intermediate – Process knowledge, but little experience ABAP language in SAP: Beginner – Some notions, but never realized
SAP PRT, FMS: Beginner – Some notions, but never realized
Jira: Beginner – Some notions, but never realized
