Bookkeeping:
Recording and maintaining financial transactions into general ledger.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statement,
balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and oversee monthly budget
Update budget on weekly basis based on actual spend data and analyze budget
spending
Review and send for approval individual budget requests
Treasury Management:
Processing outgoing payments (sending payment instructions to payments
manager, communicating with payment recipients)
Processing incoming payments (accounts receivables)
