Contract-to-hire (C2H) recruitment.
Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as an IT technical recruiter.
Foster and strengthen relationships with prospective candidates, who are
specialised in IT job profiles, to fulfil ongoing requirements.
Generate new leads and devise innovative strategies to identify IT talent
that suit the technical requirements of the company.
Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes
sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
Manage the IT talent pool / database through job boards and procure the
right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the
database.
Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential
candidates on social media platforms.
Skills
Previous work experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field
of recruitment (4 to 6 yrs of relevant experience).
Well versed with all the IT skillsets to comprehend and communicate job
requirements to the potential job seekers.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for
networking.
Interested candidate need to work from office in Delhi and Bangalore.
Working week starts from Monday to Friday (Optional working day on
Saturday on the need basis).
