Finacle Support

● Strong hands-on experience with the Finacle core banking system.
● Proven experience in Finacle performance tuning and optimization.
● Proficiency in SQL query optimization for the Finacle product.
● Experience in setting up and managing infrastructure monitoring and
observability tools.
● Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve performance
bottlenecks.
● Knowledge of middleware and integration technologies is a plus.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● 10+ years of experience in Finacle system performance
optimization, infrastructure monitoring, and
SQL query tuning.
● Strong knowledge of database management, SQL, and system
infrastructure.
● Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana,
Nagios, or similar is preferred.
● Certification in Finacle or related systems is a plus.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-
