Minimum 7 plus years of experience in Technology Recruitment / Hiring using Job Portal, Social & Professional Media sites and other options with IT companies / Consulting Firm

Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions within the tech industry.

Proven track record of successfully filling challenging technical positions. Strong working experience of Excel, PPT and Word. Data collection, Analysis and Ability to Present in a well-mannered format

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top technical talent across various fields, including IT development, data science, AI, ML, and IT infrastructure. Sourcing Candidates: Apply a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Perform detailed screening and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization. Collaborative Support: Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their unique requirements and offer mentorship on industry trends, candidate availability, and market insights.
