HR Generalist – IT Industry – Office Job

Partners with the leadership to align HR and business strategies
Help in rolling out cultural and organizational practices chosen by the
organization
Acts as change agent to business through HR reach out
Report trends and metrices about HR performance to improve the business
environment
Help Project managers to understand people dynamics to do better
Help to sense people nerves and alert business to act in time
Help in anticipating people sentiments through social media posts and engaging
with people directly
Help in forecasting resource demand or ramp down
Act on employee complaints
Conduct Employee Satisfaction surveys
Take care of HR end to end cycle barring onboarding, Offboarding, Attendance
Management, Payroll and Regular Administrative activities
Skills and Educations:
·      Graduate in Humanities related disciplines
·      MBA in HR (Generalist)
·      2+ years of experience in HR Business partner role
·      Well verse in HR tools and methods
