Identifying, verify and record the interfacing activities of the system and
interfacing subsystem
Note the changes and inform the impact to other Interface Manager through
the Interface meetings;
To communicate with the Interfacing contractors for information that can
impact the coordination Drawings. Keep the Project Manager, Design
Manager, abreast of the current interface issue.
To ensure that this plan, associate program and subsequent procedures are
kept updated.
To support the Project Manager in developing interfaces verification &
validation test plans and activities.
Develop and maintain Detailed Interface Document.
Following-up the Interface Requirement Specifications.
Overall responsibility of Telecom System Interfacing with all the other
relevant Contractors and External interfacing as well.
Identifying and Managing Interfaces, Coordinating Interface Activities,
Ensuring Compliance with Interface Agreements, Managing Interface
Changes, Facilitating Knowledge Transfer, Risk Management, Reporting
and Documentation.
Interface Manager coordinates and integrates the subsystem tasks, assists in
determining technical and manpower requirements, schedules and budgets.
Establish interface requirement table and updating it according to the
related liaison meeting.
Performs the interface of control management.
Participating all Interface Meetings and Interface Document finalization
and sign-off with all other applicable Telecom/Signaling Systems.
