Job Description Overall Project In-charge for Site Execution and commissioning of the project,
DLP and handover. The appointed project manager of Telecom takes the
responsibility for;
The correct implementation of the respective scope of supply. He enables
the experts in the subsystem organization to achieve optimum results by
controlling the design and implementation process. He is aware of risks,
interfaces and external influences that might have adverse effects on the
project. On the other hand, he is responsible for the implementation of
quality management, safety management, requirements management and
documentation etc. Within the project organization he reports directly to the
Project Director in regular meetings.
The Project Manager will be responsible for smooth operation of the
project.
To define the objectives of each participant in the project and draws up the
guidelines for all the activities of the project group for the execution of the
contract.
To chair the project meetings for Telecom/Signaling sub-systems, and to
coordinate the actions of the various participants on the project and
implementation the necessary corrective measures.
To coordinate of external relations (partners, customer, interfaces, operator,
etc).
To manage the administrative and legal aspects of the Customer and
supplier contracts on behalf of the project group and to identify the risks of
disputes in order to optimise their control.
He is the on-site contact for the project group with the Customer,
participating in particular in the various meetings organised with the
Customer, and the sub-contractors concerning the general running of the
overall project (monthly progress meetings, design reviews, work
coordination, specific meetings on contractual or technical aspects, etc.).
