QA Manager – Metro / Rail project

Overall Quality In-charge for Site Execution and commissioning of the project, DLP
and handover. A quality assurance (QA) manager in a metro rail project is responsible
for ensuring that the project adheres to quality standards and regulations. The appointed
QA manager of Telecom takes the responsibility for;
The correct implementation of the respective scope of supply and the implementation
of quality management, check and assurance along with documentation etc. Within the
project organization he reports directly to the top management in regular meetings.
Quality standards: Create and implement quality standards for the project
Compliance: Ensure the project complies with regulations and standards by conducting
audits and working with regulatory bodies
Ensuring the Organisation’s Quality Vision, Mission Statement, Quality Policy,
Quality Objectives.
Ensuring Quality awareness programs are in place.
Quality control: Lead a team of quality control experts who assess products and
components at various stages of production
Quality Audits: Responsible for organizing and concluding Internal and External
Audits.
Build the Team of Auditors.
Implementation of Audit Calander.
Measurement and Analysis and mitigating non-conformities in order to meet the
system compliances.
