Agile Scrum Master- AI

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

8+ years of experience in project delivery, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile teams.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Safe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development life cycles (SDLC).

Experience using Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple Agile teams or large-scale enterprise projects.
