Responsibilities Collaborate with key stakeholders in both Healthcare and Banking
domains to gather business requirements & understand system needs.
Create and maintain clear, concise, and detailed documentation,
including business requirement documents (BRD), functional
specifications, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
Review and evaluate existing business processes and workflows to
identify inefficiencies. Propose solutions to streamline operations,
improve customer service, and reduce costs.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of
improvement within Healthcare and Banking systems. Present findings
in a clear and actionable manner to the Leadership team.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with Healthcare professionals, bank
executives, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of
business needs and project progress.
Work with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that
support business goals in Healthcare and Banking operations. Assist in
testing and validating solutions.
Compliance & Regulatory Requirements – Ensure all business processes
and systems comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA for
Healthcare, financial regulations for Banking).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists,
engineers, and product managers to deliver solutions that meet financial
industry standards.
