Business Analyst – Healthcare and Banking domains

Responsibilities  Collaborate with key stakeholders in both Healthcare and Banking
domains to gather business requirements & understand system needs.
 Create and maintain clear, concise, and detailed documentation,
including business requirement documents (BRD), functional
specifications, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
 Review and evaluate existing business processes and workflows to
identify inefficiencies. Propose solutions to streamline operations,
improve customer service, and reduce costs.
 Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of
improvement within Healthcare and Banking systems. Present findings
in a clear and actionable manner to the Leadership team.
 Facilitate meetings and workshops with Healthcare professionals, bank
executives, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of
business needs and project progress.

 Work with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that
support business goals in Healthcare and Banking operations. Assist in
testing and validating solutions.
 Compliance & Regulatory Requirements – Ensure all business processes
and systems comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA for
Healthcare, financial regulations for Banking).
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists,
engineers, and product managers to deliver solutions that meet financial
industry standards.
