Skills – 5–8 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out industry.
Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial interior projects.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and
design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques.

Leadership Skills:
Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.

Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder
management.
Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and
external partners.

Flexibility:
Willingness to travel extensively and manage outstation projects as
required.

4. Joining bonus of 5000 INR post completing 90 Days
