· Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
· Handle travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodation, itineraries, and reimbursements
· Draft, review, and manage official emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of management.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
· Support in organizing corporate events, meetings, and team activities.
· Ensure all administrative operations run smoothly.
· Knowledge of advance Excel & reporting.
· Strong presentation and documentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
