● Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, leading and
delivering complex software development projects within an
AGILE environment.
● Solid technical background, with a good understanding of
software development principles and practices.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-
oriented approach.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle
multiple priorities simultaneously.
● At least 3+ years of experience in technical project management
and 4+ years in a technical role earlier and 2+ years in roles
involving Mobile App development.
● Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools,
and techniques.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders.
● Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification / IT
industry certifications – ITIL, PRINCE2 certification
Good to Have
● Financial Services experience is desirable
● Industry certifications (e.g. SAFE, Agile, Certified ScrumMaster) are
a plus.
● Prior experience with Odoo, Salesforce
