finance teams to streamline processes and enhance inventory management
efficiency.
Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and
implement corrective actions.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure cost-effective
procurement and timely delivery of goods.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs, excess inventory
and obsolescence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes
and enhance operational performance.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting
project status, risks and recommendations for mitigation.
