Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for Sales / Customer Service (version 9.2
or later)
Experience
At least 4 years of experience in configuring and customizing the D365
CRM user interface and user experience (UI/UX).
Problem-solving and strategic advisory skills: Proactively identify and
resolve technical challenges.
Hands-on experience in customizing forms, views, dashboards, and
navigation to enhance usability and align with user needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and
translate them into effective D365 CRM configurations.
