2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or desktop support
roles.
Proficiency in managing Windows/macOS environments and mobile
devices.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi), DNS, IP
configuration, VPNs, etc.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 administration.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a strong ownership mindset.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g. AppsScript, Bash,
etc.).
Exposure to API-based systems or internal tool integrations.
