UiPath Lead

UiPath Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in UiPath development,
including designing complex workflows, automating processes, and integrating
third-party systems.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading RPA teams and
managing projects end-to-end.
• Solution Architecture: Expertise in RPA solution architecture, including
orchestrator setup, control rooms, and implementing robust automation
frameworks.
• Process Documentation: Ability to analyze business processes, create
process flow diagrams, and document functional and technical specifications.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots.
o Experience in handling various types of automation (attended,
unattended, hybrid).
o Experience in integrating RPA with other enterprise systems.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to
troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in automation workflows.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to
interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Certifications: UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or UiPath Solution
Architect Certification.
• Development Skills: Knowledge of programming languages like C#,
VB.NET, or Python is a plus.
• Experience in Agile: Familiarity with Agile project management and
development methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML: Exposure to AI/ML tools and techniques used in
automation.
