CAD Engineer (Architectural)

Ensure that all drawings comply with local building codes, zoning
regulations, and
environmental laws.
o Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and
design standards in
the industrial sector.
o Maintain consistency and accuracy in CAD files and project
documentation.
 Project Documentation & Reporting:
o Assist in the preparation of project reports, design briefs, and
presentations for
stakeholders.
o Document design changes and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
o Support the creation of as-built drawings and other post-construction
documentation.

 Quality Control:
o Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy of designs and prevent
errors in
construction drawings.
o Troubleshoot and resolve CAD-related issues as they arise during the
design and
construction phases.
 Site Visits (if applicable):
o Occasionally visit job sites to ensure design intent is being followed and
address any
discrepancies or on-site challenges.
