Sr. UI Designer

● 5-8 years of proven experience as a UI Designer, with experience
of leading a small team.
● A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UI design and
your ability to create impactful user experiences.
● Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
● Proficiency in in graphics design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and
Photoshop.
● Deep understanding of human-centered design principles, interaction
design best practices, and usability.
● Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems.
● Strong knowledge of usability and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
● Proven ability to mentor junior designers.
Educational Qualification:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphics / Interaction / Human-
Computer Interaction Design or related fields or any graduate degree
with relevant experience.
Good to have :
● Experience with motion graphics and animation.
● Basic Understanding of Front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
● Knowledge of of Usability and Accessibility Guidelines.
