BIM Modeler- Architect

Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for industrial construction projects,
ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with project specifications.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to
incorporate design changes and updates into the BIM model.
Prepare and present project deliverables such as construction drawings, 3D
visualizations, and clash detection reports.
Perform clash detection and coordination of building systems (structural,

mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) to identify and resolve conflicts early in
he design process.
Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and project plans
based
on the BIM model
Ensure the BIM model adheres to industry standards, client requirements, and
project-specific guidelines.
Manage and maintain version control of the BIM model throughout the project
lifecycle.
Coordinate with project managers to track progress and assist with the
scheduling of tasks and deliverables.
Support team members in BIM-related technical issues and troubleshooting.
Provide input into the implementation of BIM processes and workflows to
improve efficiency and quality in industrial construction projects.
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
