Sr. Data Management Specialist

Exp.: 5 Years

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines
and integrations using Snowflake and other cloud data services
Work with structured and unstructured data to support
analytics, reporting, and operational use cases
Create and optimize complex SQL queries and
transformation logic
Collaborate with data stewards and governance teams to
ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation across various source systems
Support ETL/ELT development and data migration
projects using tools like Informatica, Talend, or dbt
Develop and maintain data models, including star and snowflake schemas
Ensure performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Snowflake environments
Document data processes, data lineage, and metadata as part of the data governance framework
Provide guidance and support to junior team members as a technical SME
