Sr. Executive – Customer Onboarding

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field or Masters in

Business Administration
 1+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
 Basic technical knowledge of ESOP
 Basic to advanced level of MS office knowledge
 Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
 Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
