Track regulatory changes and updates from MCA, SEBI, and other
relevant authorities, and implement necessary actions.
Provide support for ongoing secretarial compliance across group
entities, especially those targeted for listing.
Skills 0–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Sound knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI ICDR
Regulations, and IPO-related compliance frameworks.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential
information.
Good communication and coordination abilities, especially in multi-
stakeholder environments.
Proficient with MCA21 portal, SEBI filings, and MS Office tools.
