 Overall supervision and controlling of the accounts and finance
department and allocation of work to team member
 Validation of Invoice, Credit and debit note
 Prepare and update MIS monthly
 Update and share receivables and payables to concerned person
periodically
 Updating fixed asset in tally & updated it periodically
 Branch reconciliation & F forms issuing and receiving
 Assist tally implementation
 Remittance of TDS and filing E-TDS and issuing certificate
 Reconciliation of TDS
 Computation of tax, remittance and filing of return periodically
 Customer payment follow-up
 Reconciliation of tax
 Audit Preparation – Coordinating with the auditors and clarifying
the matters related to it
 PT, PF and ESI update
 Pan India ESI and PF calculation and payment & withdrawal
