QA Engineer -Automation Testing

3+ years of experience in data quality assurance, data testing, or related roles
o Experience testing data warehouses and ETL processes
o Proven track record of creating and executing data testing plans
o Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric as well as
traditional on-prem databases.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive data validation and testing plans for

data pipelines and transformations

Automate data quality checks and validation processes to ensure consistency
and
Accuracy
Collaborate with data engineering teams to identify and resolve data
discrepancies
Maintain documentation of testing procedures, standards, and findings
Support data governance initiatives to uphold data integrity and compliance

Technical Skills:

Experience with SQL and scripting for data validation
Experience with Python or PySpark for automated data testing
Hands-on experience testing in Databricks, Snowflake, and Fabric
environments
Prior experience with automation tools and testing frameworks like Great
Expectations and dbt tests
Knowledge of Azure Data Factory is a plus
