• PLSQL, SQL, Unix Commands, Shell scripting
• Strong knowledge of Risk and/or Compliance solutions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence decisions using facts and data.
• Ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and meet deadlines while
maintaining quality standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Comfortable interacting effectively with all levels of management and
customers.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes
• Capable of working with minimal supervision in a time-sensitive environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and configure software features based on design documentation and
enterprise software standards.
Collaborate with customers to address technical queries and facilitate discussions.
Support clients in performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
Interface independently with R&D, Professional Services (PS) groups, and Customer
Support teams.
Occasionally work on client sites or align with different time zones as required.
