Planning Cum Scheduler

 Develop micro-scheduling for L1, L2, L3, and L4 levels
 Identify critical paths and create Gantt charts and S
curves
 Prepare master schedules and coordinate with
stakeholders
 Plan and monitor resources for project execution
 Conduct daily site monitoring activities
 Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, OEM,
and clients
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for MIS
 Track project progress and identify areas for
improvement
 Knowledge of bill certification and QS is an added
advantage

Requirements

 5+ years of experience in construction planning or
project management
 Proficient with MS Project, Primavera, or other project
management software
 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
 Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analytical thinking
 Valid passport for the next 2-3 years
