Job Role & Responsibility 1. Warehouse Operations Management

 Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across LATAM locations
(receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch).
 Ensure optimal inventory storage, layout planning, and space utilization.
 Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse
activities.
 Ensure accurate documentation for inbound and outbound material

movements.
2. Inventory Control & Management
 Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
 Monitor stock levels, aging, slow-moving, obsolete, and expired inventory.
 Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
 Coordinate with planning and sales teams to maintain optimal inventory
levels.
Logistics & Distribution
 Manage domestic and cross-border distribution within LATAM.
 Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
 Ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries to customers and distributors.
 Handle export/import documentation and compliance requirements.
4. Operations Planning & Coordination
 Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for demand
fulfillment.
