We are looking for B2B Marketing candidates of 35 yrs of age from any field having bare minimum 10-12 yr work.
experience in Marketing, although candidates having experience in Agrochemicals (speciality fertilizers) & WSF NPK preferred
Should be in a position to make quick break- through by building good rapo with management and key decision makers of the marketing companies.
· Be capable of gaining entry in reputed ‘crop protection’ companies and ‘fertilizer’ companies and convince them to go in for our products on a B2B basis.
· One of the key roles is to constantly interact with the marketing
company’s sales team and monitor their planning and volumes for the products selected and marketed by them in their brand.
· Should participate in their monthly meeting and take pulse of the situation and planning, interact with the said marketing
· company’s sales team with the key objective of ensuring targeted sales by motivating them and giving techno- Commercial support.
· Sole objective of above to drive up volumes party-wise and product-wise
· Should be target & result oriented
· Create the Sales plan and modus operandi to deliver the sales target for the responsible geography.
· Follow up for Sales forecast
· Should submit periodic MIS report
· Should be ready to relocate in Mumbai
· Should be ready to travel 12-15 days in a month
