SHAREPOINT ONLINE AND ONE DRIVE: Managing user’s profile in SharePoint admin center( Creation of SharePoint online site collection( Understanding Groups and permissions( Web parts creations( Managing storage in one drive for Business Syncing of One drive for Business( Supporting issue related to Exchange, Outlook, Skype for Business and Teams and One drive for Business/Windows support /Linux support Work on Escalated cases for Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. Lead in migration process for moving tenants from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams and moving Clients from on prem Skype to Teams only mode. Work closely with Technical Advisor to have new update of Microsoft Teams and Skype and delivering the same to Level 1 engineer. Working as an Office 365 Admin and supporting client as a second level support
