Sending out RFQs to vendors, eliciting response and preparation of comparative
statement of cost
Placement of orders with vendors for timely/just in time procurement in order not to
burden Cash flow
Comparing the prices of different vendors for getting competitive quotes
Procurement from Local as well as International market.
Verifying receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
Ensuring stock availability and placing orders as and when required
