Preferred Industry Background : Elevators/ Lift Industry
Work Experience : Previous experience in the lift industry required.
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree or a related field is preferred.
Annual Salary (CTC) : As per industry
1. Contract Management:
Oversee the administration of annual maintenance contracts.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Coordinate with clients to address their maintenance needs and concerns.
2. Service Coordination:
Schedule and dispatch maintenance technicians for routine and emergency
services. Monitor service performance and ensure timely completion of
maintenance tasks. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all
maintenance work meets industry standards.
3. Customer Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients under AMC agreements.
Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service status and
performance.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and
contract details.
