Sales Executive
• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the
sales process.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and
manage expectations.
• Assist clients in identifying the right machine to fulfill their wants and
needs.
• Follow up daily on all sales leads.
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new machines and models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail in follow-through and closing skills.
• Follow up on ongoing projects and report any related issues and
customer requests to the management team and communicate with the sales
coordinator.
• Attend the meeting with customers
• Travel to customer sites and the plant.
• Make presentations to customers
• Report sales activities to the management team (weekly, monthly and
anytime when requested)
• Report any issues, inquiries and customer requests to the manager.
• Make phone calls, emails, and visit customer prospects
• Research new markets and customers
• Knowledge of Injection Molding Machine.
