Functional Business Analyst (RBI Reporting & Azure Cloud) – Fintech Industry

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Financial Services,

or Regulatory Reporting.
Strong knowledge of RBI reporting requirements and compliance
frameworks (Basel, IFRS, SEBI, etc.).
Experience with Azure Cloud solutions – Azure Data Factory, Synapse
Analytics, Logic Apps, Functions.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other data analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, conduct UAT, and prepare
documentation.

Strong understanding of data governance, reconciliation, and validation
processes.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
