Marketing & E-commerce Executive – Jewellery Industry

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & E-commerce Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting the sales and marketing departments in daily activities while managing various aspects of the e-commerce business to ensure smooth operations and effective customer engagement.
Sales Support:

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Marketing Assistance:

Support the marketing team in organizing various projects and campaigns.

Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/questionnaires.

Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).

E-commerce Administration:

Assist in the management of the company’s e-commerce platform.

Update the online marketplace with new products, descriptions, and updates.

Monitor and report on customer and online activity and performance.

Operational Tasks:

Get New Cross Marketing partnerships with other companies.

Prepare promotional presentations and organize promotional activities for new products/services.

Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.

Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.

Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.

Familiarity with social media and web analytics.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Creativity and commercial awareness.
