Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through
networking, referrals, and market research to expand our client base
Lead Follow-Ups: Actively engage with leads through timely follow-ups to
nurture
relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients,
architects,
and builders to assess their needs and present tailored lift solutions.
Proposal Management: Prepare and send detailed proposals to clients,
ensuring
clarity and alignment with their requirements.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, manage follow-ups
on
proposals, and successfully close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Payment Follow-Ups: Oversee the payment collection process, ensuring
timely
follow-up with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain long-term relationships with
clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and
providing ongoing support.
Operational Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the service business,
including
sales strategies, field operations, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Reporting & Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports
for
management, and analyze data to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Perform any additional job functions as needed to
support the sales team and achieve overall business objectives.
Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the lift industry
Strong knowledge of lift systems, technologies, and industry
standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as required within the region.
