Conduct hearing and balance assessments using specialized equipment and techniques.
Interpret test results to determine the nature and extent of hearing loss or balance disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans, which may include hearing aids, cochlear implants, or other assistive devices.
Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing conservation, communication strategies, and management of hearing loss.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Stay current with developments in audiology through continuing education and professional development activities.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory bodies and professional associations.
BASLP / DIPLOMA degree in Audiology.
Valid state license to practice Audiology.
Hands On experience with hearing aid dispensing.
Experience with a variety of diagnostic equipment and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
