Maintain Financial Records: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date
financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices for payment, ensuring that all
details are correct and payments are made on time.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and monitor outstanding accounts,
assist in issuing reminders for overdue payments, and follow up with clients or
vendors as necessary.
Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
