Product Owner – Certified Scrum Agile IT Transformation

8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Agile IT environments.
Strong experience in transitioning organizations from project-based to
Agile product-based delivery.
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or
LeSS. Proven ability to drive change management in large IT organizations.
Strong backlog management skills and experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira,
Azure DevOps).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels,
including executive leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on value-driven
decision- making.
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO),
SAFe Product
Owner, or ICAgile Product Management.
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD principles.
Background in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Enterprise
Architecture.
